This three day trip to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan will provide you with a full and varied tour of its top sites, as well as take you off the beaten track to hike the amazing canyons of Moab and Edom regions.

Day One: Crossing the Border from Israel to Jordan - Wadi Ibn Hammad - Stay in Petra
Cross the border at Bait- Shean (north of Israel) and drive south along the "Harower" major canal on the Jordan valley road. On the way we will enjoy the scenery, see the biblical "Tel Sukkot", the village Karma, Steppes of Moab, and a see Israel from the Jordanian Dead Sea road. A water hike at Wadi Ibn Hamad will go up-stream, and end at a hot spring. The wadi is known for its natural beauty and its sandstone canyon walls. After dipping in the hot springs we will drive south to Petra, where we will spend the night.
Day Two: Spend the day in the awe-inspiring Nabatian capital "Petra". Walk the red sandstone canyons, delve into colorful stone halls and climb to an unusual lookout over the Nabatian Theater, visit the kings' tombs and the grand temple and cardo "Palace of the Pharaoh's Daughter". After lunch, clime to the biggest monument in Petra and view ancient stone reliefs in hidden creeks. Take in a panoramic view of Israel and return to the bus for a drive to "Moses Spring", the biblical site associated with Moses miraculously producing water from a rock. Drive to Madaba Where we will spend the night.
Day Three: with dawn we will visit the church housing the most famous and ancient map of Israel dating back to Byzantine times: the Madaba map. Drive to Nevo Mountain for a spectacular view and commence a challenging hike of the breathtaking Mujib Wadi, an unforgettable water trail to the big water fall. Continue to a late lunch at a Jordanian restaurant and back to the Israeli border.

- Entrance fees to all sites, due to local operators. No handling
costs!
- Tour bus rental (or mini-bus according to the size of the group).
- Visa to Jordan.
- All the official Jordanian documentation, required for touring in
Jordan.
- 50 NIS non-refundable registration fee.
The price does not include:
- Border fees in Israel and in Jordan.
- The special bus fee from one side of the border to the other- 105
shekels.
- Health insurance – each participant must insure them selves!
- Tips to local service people (about 20$ a person).
- Picnic meals (about 20$ a person).
Important information:
- This trip is for experienced hikers only!
- According to The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it is not advised
to visit Jordan.
- Changes in the itinerary may occur at the professional staff's
discretion.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the return-
date.
- Refunding: Due to payments to Jordanian suppliers we will refund
according to the following conditions:
Notification of cancellation up to 21 days before the trip: Full refund
Notification of cancellation between 21 to 14 days before the trip: 80% refund
Notification of cancellation 7 to 13 days before the trip: 50% refund
Notification of cancellation up to 6 days before the trip: No refund
